Colm Black has been a Teacher, a Development Worker for a National Youth Organisation, a Youth and Children's Worker and more recently was involved in developing a Family Project for the Church of Scotland.

He has organised and delivered courses on: How to Drug Proof Your Kids, Money & Debt, Relationships, Listening and Befriending, to individuals, families and other small groups such as Parent & Toddlers, Church groups, Dads and New Parents.

His work has included partnerships with Schools, Churches, Social Work, Health Visitors, Care Workers, The Highland Drug and Alcohol Forum and other care providers in the community.
