Everything changes when a new baby arrives. There is great joy. It is hard to express the feelings of seeing your new child for the first time. What changes too is your relationship with your partner. In the midst of the joys and pleasures the balance of your relationship can quietly change as the little one requires so much time and attention. Things can seem out of kilter.
This short course is designed to help you look after your relationship with your partner when baby comes home, so that you can be as supportive of each other as possible and enjoy the pleasures of parenthood on a solid foundation, which is best for you and your child.

Celebrate being new Parents!
- This session was really helpful, witty, gritty and full of practical relationship advice and pointers.
- I appreciated the emphasis on making the Dad feel included once the baby is born. - I found the section on noticing negative actions / habits very useful. - It's given me a clear idea of what to expect on becoming a dad. It's good to share and hear different situations and how in a way we are all similar. - Taking time to understand each other and invest in our relationship is very important. - It was interesting to think through relationships and how becoming parents changes these.
Available to small groups/individual couples or come by yourself - one can make a difference.
